Physical fitness is vitally important when planning to survive most crisis situations.
During most disasters, both your physical and mental abilities are going to be taxed far beyond anything you probably experience on a daily basis. If you’re not in shape, survival is going to be much harder than you think – even with a bag full of fancy gear and supplies. Stress will also take its toll. A crisis can be incredibly draining not only physically, but 'mentally 'as well. To be able to respond to a stressful survival situation you need to keep your body in top physical shape. Remember that your and your fellow agents' life depend on your physical fitness and your ability to perform under harsh strenuous conditions.
How to obtainEdit
- Level 10 variants can be crafted using 3 Tactics Pages, 1 Tactics Page - Defensive, and 20 Containment Kit Parts at a Level 1+ Weapons Bench for 11 . Also requires Level 1+ Tactics Planning skill.
It increases the melee resistance of all survivors by 15%, and increases their health by 20%.
