Cylinder system from a revolver.
The cylinder is the rotating part of a revolver where the bullets are held. Each time the gun is cocked, the cylinder rotates, putting the next round in position, ready to be fired. Most revolvers hold six bullets (because of this they are sometimes called six shooters), but can also hold five or even 9 rounds (depending on the frame and caliber).
Found in most revolvers and gun cleaning establishments.
