The Military Backpack is a special item featured in The Last Stand: Union City. It is only available through purchasing the Survival Kit, and doubles the player's maximum carrying capacity to 400 lbs.
For every point of Strength the player has, an additional 20 lbs of carrying capacity is granted instead of the default 10 lbs per point for the regular Backpack.
