A small jewelry box, minus the jewelry.
Jewelry is more than a collection of gold, silver, and platinum. It is often a family's heirloom, and is treasured greatly by the family it belongs to. To prevent them from being lost, or just to give them an honorable box of their own to sit in, many families store their treasures in jewelry boxes. These boxes are often fancily decorated and are guarded by locks, drawers, and, in the case of wealthy families, several human guards armed to the teeth. Some jewelry boxes also have a wind-up music box inside, which plays automatically when the lid is opened.
Can be found inside locked cabinets, secured drawers, fireproof safes, and under mattresses.
