BackgroundEdit
Much like their smaller counterparts, they sold a large variety of household hardware and provided special services like custom-order items and repairs before the outbreak. They also have a large amount of building supplies in stock, making them valuable for any survivor groups in need of construction resources.
Possible FindsEdit
- Wood, Metal, Cloth, construction-related components and household junk are common.
- Construction-related melee weapons like Hammers can occasionally be found.
- Food, Water, other types of weapons, and gear are rare, but can sometimes be found.

The level of a large hardware store is always one level higher than the area it is located in.
TacticsEdit
Large hardware stores are decently large and have 4 zombie spawns, all of which are positioned close to the resource containers concentrated in the northern, southern and eastern corners. A survivor should be dispatched to cover each one, though keeping them near your designated scavenger is also a good idea should firepower or manpower be lacking.
Long rifles are recommended here, as there is plenty of space for them to be used in, as well as few obstructions that block shots. Being a medium-high risk mission, a mission in a large hardware store should be carried out by three or four survivors, though it is doable with just two.
