Background

Within a major city, there are often little-known alleyways and less obvious shortcuts that allow the savvy road user to reach his/her destination faster than those who are less knowledgeable. This book, once used by drivers to cut their commute time, is equally useful for the post-apocalyptic survivor returning home from scavenging trips.

Available in many stores that also sell maps. A GPS is not required for use.

How to obtain

• 6% to 25% permanent versions can be found while scavenging.
• 28 day and permanent 25%/50% versions can be bought from The Store.

Effect

It reduces return times on played missions by a specified percentage. It has to be equipped before playing the missions for this effect to work.
